Upgrade backing visibility with the Diode Dynamics HitchMount LED Pod Reverse Kit—C1R. Designed to fit in any 2-inch or 2.5-inch trailer hitch receiver, this kit lets you mount a C1R LED pod (with SSC1 compatibility) to bring a high-power reverse light, an additional running light, and an optional 4th brake light into your vehicle’s signaling system.

Brighter backlight is achieved by pairing patented TIR optics with high-powered LEDs. The C1R included pod delivers a reverse light that is several times brighter than stock bulbs and automatically activates when the vehicle shifts into reverse.

Installation is simple and quick thanks to the patent-pending snap-fit design. No drilling, no hitch pin required—just insert the HitchMount into your trailer hitch receiver and let the side mounts snap into place. The included wiring harness connects to your vehicle’s 4-pin trailer connector for easy, everyday operation. Optional SafetyStrobe brake light strobing adds another layer of visibility when braking.
