Important fit and clearance notes

The standard DECKED system length is 75.25", which leaves about 5" of space between the tailgate end of the DECKED unit and the tailgate itself. The drawers require 4" to open, and the first 5.5" of the drawer are occupied by the handle cavity and drawer taper. This means items may be challenging to remove with the tailgate closed. For reference, the image shows how the unit sits in the Ford Super Duty bed:

Drawer travel and capacity

• Drawers are full bed-length but do not fully extend — maximum extension is 42”. This design balances accessibility with the structural layout of the system.
• Payload capacity: up to 2000 lb payload evenly distributed across the bed; up to 200 lb payload per drawer.

Compatibility and installation notes

• NOT COMPATIBLE with in-bed towing packages (5th Wheel and Gooseneck) or other hitch configurations.
• Works with spray-in bed liners, but NOT with a drop-in plastic bed liner.
• BedRug compatibility: works with a BedRug mat, but NOT with a BedRug full liner.
• If your Ford tailgate has a tailgate assist handle, it may interfere with the DECKED unit depending on the model year. The handle can be removed, and tailgate-assisted features won’t affect installation or use.
